A scarce writing wallet that was part of the non smokers 1914 Princess Mary Christmas Gift. This is just the wallet with no contents. It has a few stains to the reverse and two small holes to the bottom as pictured. It retains the internal divider.
The original contents consisted of two packs of envelopes, a pad of writing paper and a pencil protected by a nickel cap which made by the Eagle Pencil Company London. Complete wallets would sit in the 'rare' category of Princess Mary Gifts.
