A scarce set of AIF identity discs worn by Veterinary Sergeant JS Scadding. He was attached to various Artillery Batteries throughout the War. He suffered a foot injury( toes run over by a wagon wheel) in July 1916 resulting in hospitalisation. His papers show entitled to 1915 Star and British War and Victory Medals.
